Looks like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slow_worm – what is called “Blindschleiche” here. They aren’t particularly endangered, but you’re still not allowed to catch or hurt them.
Just leave them alone. They can throw off the end of their tail to divert predators, and while that doesn’t kill them, it’s still not something you should make them do.

One of the few reptiles in Germany and not critically endangered, as far as I understand (but as part of wildlife, all laws regarding their protection apply, so no killing them or capturing them). Let them be, they’re usually very shy and if you have pets, don’t let them hunt them.
