>As the IDF continues to gain ground inside Gaza City on Tuesday, another image was released showing Golani Brigade troops inside the headquarters of the Hamas military police, this one day after the same force, that had lost 41 of its members in the October 7 massacre, was photographed in the Gaza parliament. In both photos, Golani soldiers proudly held up Israeli flags symbolizing the conquest of Hamas governance institutions
Hamas had military police? Wtf were they doing? Making sure enough rape and murder happens?
I would be okay with gazans running the military police force in gaza after the war as long as they’re pro israel. I only have 3 conditions for who leads the area afterwards,
-must be pro israel
-must transform the culture
-must demilitarize
i propose a semi automous not fully automous, israel has policy control, they can fire police chiefs, school superintendents, they get to decide what the school curriculum is. The policy control is an important component. The residents there need to be rehabilitated. They need to have their education changed from hating jews.
But they say IDF only murders children. I don’t understand, there were kids there too? /s obviously.
Wait… so the IDF bombs schools, hospitals, and churches, but they capture the military police station? Why did civilian sites warrant an airstrike but not the actual formal military installation?
Can someone please explain this for me?
From what I’ve learned, Hamas is the ruling party of the government of Palestine. Wouldn’t that make this title absurd as calling the Pentagon “..the Democrat Military Police HQ” ? Are they a paramilitary group? Or is this done to distinguish them from Fatah?
But I keep hearing that Hamas is not the defacto government of Gaza? How can they have a police station?
Extreme Makeover: Middle East edition
Great news, how many civilians did they kill in the process?
