Hi all,
I’m looking at new apartments in Spain, but the m2 in the advertisement almost never add up to the build plans.
Like this one, it’s advertised as 157m2 .. if I count all the interior and the terrace it adds up to 85m2 .. so where are the other 72m2 ?
What am I missing?
