I’m wondering if Trump somehow organized that. I’m septikale between “he’s too dumb to do that” and “he’s dumb enough to do that”
The filing alleges that the Trump defense team purposefully leaked the videos in order to intimidate witnesses.
These videos got sent to the defense and were immediately leaked. Who could have seen that coming?

If the defence did leak the videos is there any repercussion? Can the defence attorneys be reprimanded or sanctioned or is this just sleaze but not actually punishable?

Are they allowed to watermark videos before sharing with the defence?
Wouldn’t one act in furtherance of the criminal conspiracy by any of these defendants be able to be used against all of them? I thought I remember seeing that when they first got charged. Not sure if it applies here.

Imagine if you were a co-defendant giving your testimony against an MS13 leader for a plea deal and that video was leaked. Your life would be in immediate danger, you would be pressured to recant your testimony, and all future potential future plea deals and witness testimony would probably be in jeopardy.
Watermark everything with unique IDs, quick way to prove the source.

The united states government is completely incapable of handling the problem of sedition. They are less than worthless at this point and focus on one single seditionist instead of destroying the entire apparatus. The American system is not sustainable and needs to be left behind as it cannot ensure national stability or public safety from the enemy within. This is the basic function of government and it is inexcusable that it cannot execute these tasks. The betrayers must be imprisoned for life and that means the entirety of the republican party officials from state to national. We the People complaining uselessly aren’t helping either. The other side is going to start a civil war when they cannot win and we simply refuse to get ahead of it and stop it before it happens preferring everything to blow up in our faces and our loved ones faces before we decide we have to do something. This country is pathetic because the self proclaimed ‘good’ people are pathetic.
