Hi everyone! I’m hoping you can help with translating an inscription on the back of an old photo.

Some background on the photo: My father, born and raised in Albania, met Ingrid (I could make out the name) in Durrës, Albania, while Ingrid was visiting Durrës, Albania as a turist in 1961 or 1962. Apparently they hit it off enough for Ingrid to send him back a picture with a greeting when she went back home to East Germany. My father was a pharmacy student at the time and learning German. Dad was always fond of German culture, language and tradition.
Also, this connection was enough for the communist secret service to put him under surveillance for “conspiring” w/ foreigners… Which led to a life-long series of problems with communist authorities.

Any help translating the inscription would be appreciated!

  3. You got the answers already above just wanted to add the picture was developed at (stamp unclear) Foto Drogerie (Photostudio) Robert Zenger Schwerin and what I would say means i.M. in Mecklenburg
