I find it quite notable how there seems to be a cycle of news of Hungary first being against helping Ukraine, but then agreeing to the help with seemingly irrelevant modifications. I am getting the impression they are doing only the bare minimum to keep Russia happy, rather than actually being a real obstacle to the EU.
