I’ve noticed much more non-German license plates in the last two years. Partially Ukrainian, but those are usually driving slow in the most right lane.
Also, in the recent year, there were many semi-modern cars (Jahreswagen) with a busted LED light on the road, mostly German license plates.
Amount of unpredictable drivers on the road is roughly +20% more in the last 2 years. Unpredictable is defined as not US-roadrage-crazy, e.g. daydreaming, unaware of surrounding traffic, jumping red light, turning where is verbot.
Amount of road assistance cases didn’t change, but once I’ve seen an engine explode while driving.
