Do greek cypriots make this dish or is it just turkish cypriot thing

  1. What is it?
    Edit: the name sounds like “makaronia poulli” which very roughly sounds like the greek words for pasta bird(chicken i assume from the pic). If so we also have a dish with boiled pasta and chicken or dove and then we add trimma (grated dry anari cheese or grated dry halloumi) and dry parsley with some lemon juice.
