Hi there community

Without going into too many details, I’ve been on sick leave from April until now. My employer suggested a BEM meeting ([Workplace integration management program (BEM)](https://gesund.bund.de/en/workplace-integration-management-program)) where I talked about gradual integration (2hours,4 hours, 6hours and then 8 hours) and also reporting to someone else(not my current manager) starting in January (when I think I will no longer be sick) This meeting was more than 4 weeks ago.

Does anyone from HR or have any experience on how long an employer takes to respond or make suggestions after the BEM meeting? What could this mean? I’m starting to get worried. I don’t think I will go on disability since I’m getting better but it’s strange to have to wait for so long for a response?

Thank you for any insight! I’m starting to get worried because it’s been almost 5 weeks and I still haven’t heard anything. Also, this is an tech company with offices in Germany and globally, in case that matters.
