That likely is the reason that this monstrous person was caught.
That text is required under the International Megan’s Law, which also requires the US inform any country to which a covered sex offender travels to advising of imminent arrival.
Additionally, such persons have to report well in advance of travel and give itineraries to the LEA they need to register at.

This is our piece of trash. He should not be permitted the privilege of international travel. I think government should back off as much as possible, but if you are a known sex pest, then perhaps we shouldn’t green light that visa. It should be a bi-lateral agreement.
