I don’t smoke cigar, only regular cigarettes. I LOVE the bar in hotel royale in the centre. It’s not hip, so no loud music and rowdy annoying crowd. They make great cocktails, price quite similar to other bars.
Best thing is, they’ve got cigar lounge inside. The staff are also awesome. I’ve always hated services in this part of the world, coming from country where hospitality is most important. The staff were pretty damn awesome and made me feel special relative to what’s common here.
There’s a cool place in Av. Liberte where they sell cigars and have a list of all the places in Luxembourg where you can enjoy them. The staff is really friendly and helpful

Fuente on my my favorites. Memories of smoking the Grand Hemmingway with my late father. Honestly I prefer Dominicans to Cubans these days!

There is a “cave à cigar” in Hollerich, but I only went there as a restaurant so I have no idea if you can smoke inside:
