Clearly a high steaks job.
Got to supplement that shitty academic wage somehow.
Garden centres are selling spirits now?
Is that for the bored husbands while their other-halfs endlessly wonder around looking at different shaped flowerpots for 2 hours.
My guess is, that she was doing research for her next lecture
Oohhh, someone get them people complaining about desperate people stealing loaves of bread! I have a bridge for them
So is her job teaching people how to commit crimes. If so, she seems to be doing a cracking job of it
Or was she doing this to make ends meat

That pic reminds me of jen from it crowd when she takes up smoking.
So she was lecturing from experience I expect? I can see her defence lawyer now – arguing with the judge it was research for the University syllabus!
A good one for the Daily Mail this. Covers a couple of bases. Hatred for a certain segment of society based on the persons surname and academics. Two for the price of one.
I wonder how calculating this stuff is? Do they scan court reporting/crime cases for people with surnames that indicate particular attributes. Presumably they ignore mundane cases where the perpetrator might fit into their reading demographic.
Shoplifting for some people is a weird impulse crime some people have to deal with psychological stress. Anyone remember when Anthony Worral Thompson got caught nicking cheese from tesco?
Where are all these people blamed inflation in shoplifting?
From the anecdotes I’ve heard from people who work in shops, expensive steak is a very common target.
I always assumed it would be necessities more often.
Le Creuset weighs a fuck tonne. Stealing a grand’s worth is impressive.
Husband then threatened and tried to punch the staff when confronted. What a lovely pair of people.
