With the inner dial, you set the time whatever is it now. With outer dial you set the time when it starts supplying electricity. (Marked with green, red indicates when it stops)
When the clock hits the green triangle it is on until the clock hits the red triangle. Black triangle tells what time it is. The both dials can be adjusted by spinning them according to the arrows
Mine looks like this. I have to drive 7.30 so I want the car to be warm a little while before that. I’ve now tried to go after everybody’s comments. Is this right or am I totally wrong?

I think I got it??? Is this correct? I put it to start 6 and stop at 8.
