INSEAD just published 2023 Global Talent Competitive Index.

First question that comes to mind is what is happening with Luxembourg… from a top player ten years ago to leaving the top 10 this year…

  2. Ah, good to see the plans for Luxembourg’s new underground system are nearing their final state.

  3. Lux is not really worse but other countries score really high compared to 2013. Back then 68.7 was enough for 5th place and now 72.8 is bot even top 10. Don’t read too much into this kind of rankings.
    Main topic for Lux is that higher education for population is not great compared to group average despite spending a lot of money on it.
