two food expiration dates on a pack of salmon? which one means what?

i recently bought two packs of salmon from rewe, and they have two expiration dates which i am confused by. which one is most accurate/is my frozen salmon still good to eat?

The second is the date when it was frozen.
Stores can’t legally sell you food that is already expired.
Even though the labels are far apart and the printed dates are close together, each blue label on the side corresponds to one black line.
The top date is “best before” (if you keep it deep frozen), the bottom date is when it was frozen.
First date is the expiration date, second date is when the fish got frozen.
