There have been numerous videos recently of russian drones carrying multiple grenades. The first likely being a teargas type riot grenade, the others being standard hand grenades. They drop the gas into a foxhole or bunker and drop grenades on the people as they climb out.

  1. Glad it’s only Tear gas to be honest 🙁

    Slava Ukraini

  2. Russia doesn’t give a crap-ass about war crimes. IF that is the case, why is Ukraine held to higher standards?

  3. I’m not sure why this has not garnered more condemnation by the international community as an illegal use of chemical weapons.

Most countries interpret various chemical weapon treaties as banning CS outright, and those that don’t interpret it as an outright ban (like the US) still think that it can only be used in very narrow circumstances, which Russia is not currently adhering to.

For instance, the United States thinks that it is okay to use if it would save lives, either as a less lethal, temporarily disabling intervention, or if it could be used to save civilian lives by forcing apart any intermingled civilians and combatants resulting in the civilians to less likely be targeted.

An interesting review and interpretation of the US position is posted below. I would direct the interested reader specifically to the section on offensive use, in which the United states, which has probably the most liberal interpretation of any Western power regarding the use of cs in warfare, specifically states that it would be unacceptable to use CS in an offensive operation to allow subsequently easier targeting if it is known that there are no civilians intermingled with the combatants.

Use of cs to flush Ukrainian soldiers out of their trenches and then subsequently shoot them would seem to be an illegal use under these even most liberal interpretations of the chemical warfare conventions.

  4. I think on this one you give Ukrainian military to eye for an eye it . Go right at them with the same shit .
