She has insurance, there are no cameras on the car park, no note has been left on the car.
Just wondering what our options are?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

option1, pay for it yourself.
option2, use your insurance.
option3, do nothing.
first one you are probably looked a few hundred quid, it’ll need a panel person and a respray. Find them near to you in google with good reviews and they’ll want to see it to quote on it and give you timescales. Expect to be without the car for a few days while they do it.
Last time i had one done (2021) it was ~£140 a panel, nowadays i suspect it’ll be £200+.
second one you’ll pay whatever your excess is (probably more than the first option) and increased premiums for the next 5 years, as well as losing any no claims bonus unless you’ve paid more to protect it.
Look around for cctv. Then ask for a recording if possible for an insurance claim.
Have a look around to see if any of the neighbours have a camera that covers the car park.
A hit and run you say?? Was the other guy driving a concrete post 🫣
I bet it might be cheaper to find a replacement door in the same colour from Marketplace/eBay etc.
Nothing much. Had my wing mirror kicked to pieces by a couple of hoodies a few years back and found the same.
I think she’s pulling your todger fella there’s no way that’s a car scrape! 🤣
Shes deffo been out somewhere today pal
Find yourself a colour matched door, should be around 1-200 pounds.
Have a look for neighbours cars with blue paint on and tell them they were seen hitting the car.
That’s what i did and they said. ‘ oh i wondered who’s car that was’ and got it sorted.
Pretend it wasn’t you.
Ooo…..it looks bad but try using one of those glass suckers to pop the door panel back and then T-cut the painwork…..you might then just need a quick fill sanding and spray blow over rather than a full body repair job…
I know you’re insisting the car hasn’t moved OP, but that definitely looks like concrete post damage.
It’s something very abrasive and from the bottom sill up
You’ve answered your own query…. Fuck all
Have a look around for a concrete post with blue paint on it.
Fix it or don’t fix it.
1. Cry
2. Sob
3. Cry and sob
Any parts left in or near the scene from the other car? Anything at all?
Looks bollard height…
OP she’s hit something stationary, it’s down to the sill so says to me that’s a McDonalds type bollard
The wing mirror is untouched? Im also saying a bollard or something similar.
That looks an awful lot like she’s turned into a post mate, think about it, how many cars do you recognise as having a bumper like that, near the top of the door to the sill? That’s a post in a car park all day.
See how much of it will polish out. If it’s been hit by another car then most of it may come out (hard to see how deep it is).
You can claim on the insurance, but tbh I would just leave it or take it to a garage to get a quote and go from there.
Any cctv , shops entrances? Otherwise it’ll be her insurance
I think she’s the one that’s done a hit and run
