Have they resorted to using their red tape as tourniquet? I keep seeing videos of dudes just aggressively wrapping themselves in it after being hit, is it some off-brand tourniquet, or are they really just that unsupplied?
There are so many drone videos they are almost like mosquitoes at this point

This seems like it is worse than ww1. If you stayed in your trench back then, the odds of an artillery shell hitting you was quite low. Now there are drones that can deliver explosives and shrapnel wherever you are with extreme precision.
