I need to buy a prepaid label for someone in Sofia to mail a few documents to me in western Europe. I am not in Bulgaria. The courier must be able to pick up the documents from their office in Sofia. Not in a hurry to receive the documents, so an express service is not necessary, but the documents are important, so the mailing must be trackable and reliable. Any suggestions?
DHL, FedEx, and UPS are giving pretty outrageous quotes. Speedy is quoting 105.47 BGN. Ecoparcel [https://www.ecoparcel.eu/en/parcel/from-bulgaria](https://www.ecoparcel.eu/en/parcel/from-bulgaria/#5) is quoting only 10.95 EUR, but I see negative reviews for them online. But they do seem to be from people who have mailed parcels and had customs issues, and I just need a few documents mailed to me. Has anyone used Ecoparcel?

I am also searching for a service and have decided to just use bulgarian post with priority.
The post office is by far the cheapest, but also the least secure. Speedy is part of DPD actually, they are fine. Last time I checked, for a small package, like the smallest, they were asking 30 BGN for a shipment to Germany.
I don’t know why they quoted you so much, if they are trying to push some special “document” service on you, just pack the things and tell them it is a package, this should be enough. Also, try another office, they are a franchise and sometimes you meet people in those offices which have no clue what they are doing.
