  1. I guess this is the silver lining of brexit, we don’t need to listen to Europe about how to deal with mass immigration. But still, processing these people, giving them shelter and food, and then shipping them off to Rwanda seems a bit extreme, and expensive.

  2. When pressed on questions after his statement, he also refused to guarantee it.

  3. This government knows it’s fucked, so they’re just going to spend the last 14 months doing whatever the fuck they want, and getting the press to harass anyone/anything that tries to stop them

  4. fingers crossed it works 🤞

If only the eu could secure its external borders then we wouldn’t have to do stuff like this lol

  5. I don’t want to give anyone any ideas, but why is he going abroad? If the government wants to fly people to Rwanda, why couldn’t they more easily fly them to uninhabited/nearly uninhabited islands that are part of the UK? No need for a treaty, no-one to say the UK isn’t safe. Anywhere from Outer Hebrides to some godforsaken island in the middle of the ocean that is part of the UK overseas territories. Note, not that I want the UK government to do that, but considering their intentions, wouldn’t this fit the bill for them?

  6. The backup answer is St Helena. If it was good enough for Napoleon, Emperor of France, it is good enough for country shopping migrants. The only thing Napoleon complained about was the boredom. Give them a deck of cards.

  7. Asshole, should be taken to the ICC for shuffling all those people to fucking Africa for no reason.

  8. Tell me you still see yourself as a colon without telling me you still see yourself as a colon.

Between that and Israel, we really are living in a wonderful distopian nightmare.

  9. Let’s hope it works ~ EU should consider something similar too.

  10. What’s the point of having a supreme Court if you’re allowed to just ignore it?

  11. I don’t get people being against it. Immigrants come to UK for a free ride so send them elsewhere and if they just want to leave their current country then they should be happy wherever they go as long as it’s not back to their current residence
