Hiya, my girlfriend and I are currently flat hunting looking to move to London, this site seems dodgey for various reasons, we think it’s been a very elaborate scam we even had a virtual viewing with a supposed current tenant, just wondering if anyone can confirm or deny that this site is a scam thanks all🙏

  1. Whois lookup shows created 10 days ago and properties are incredibly vague descriptions… 100% a scam

  2. Domain was only created 11 days ago. Was created in the US. Hosted on wix site. It is only registered for one year. Was registered by an IANA D.

    SCAM!! AVOID!!

the biggest red flag, is the minimum register length, usually one year. Means it can be dumped easily.

I’d contact wix and tell them. They are hosting a scam site have it removed.

  3. Yes, this looks like a scam. The website has no reviews, it doesn’t even come up anywhere. There’s only [one company with a similar name](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/05678703) registered and that was dissolved in 2013. And the company that it says it’s supposed to be part of – Goldings Properties – [was dissolved yesterday](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/13188913). Avoid.

Generally, with any company with a name that makes it hard to find in a search engine is likely a scam. It’s important for people to be able to find you (unless you want them to pay you a lot of money and disappear) and you’re not going to be easy to find with a name that sounds more like a search term than a business.

  4. Scam scam 🏃‍♂️ away.

  5. *Never* move somewhere in London, or elsewhere, without seeing it in person. Virtual viewings do not count.

Come here, stay in a hotel or Airbnb for a few days and use Rightmove/Zoopla/Spareroom to find somewhere.
