You would think that what the “Fake Electors” did would be against Nevada law, but there wasn’t a psychic among previous legislators in Carson City (the capitol) so the Nevada legislature put together a bill, passed (I think unopposed) in both state House and Senate and sent it to the Nevada Governor’s desk for signature. The former head of Las Vegas Metro Police vetoed the bill, which was not surprising as his primary financial backers in his governor’s race were MAGA.
