Can you tell me why my window look like this? Last winter it was clear but I can’t say the same now. There is this card on the top of the window, we kept it in both position for a few days but nothing changed.
We have a heating system btw under the window but it’s turned off.

Your window seals are leaving humidity indoor air between glasses. The outside glass is cold, so vapor condensates on it.
You can get new seals from eg K-Rauta or Tokmanni.
You should push that flap in. Kesä=summer, talvi=winter. It changes how or how much air comes in.
Check termostate at the side of radiator, adjust to both ends few times and then adjust to biggest number there is. Adjust to lower setting when it gets too hot
Never seen such a seal myself, but I imagine you should push it in? Also like others have said here; It might be that the seals around the window have just gotten old and need to be replaced.
