  1. Nice to know this; also only a 2.5% energy yield increase they are reporting, so won’t be a hugely significant factor in choice of vertical vs. tilted panels.

  2. It’s literally explained in the article, how is it mysterious???

    Besides, it’s important to realise that the difference between optimal tilt and anything else is not as significant as many think. So throwing panels on the floor or putting them vertically somewhere can reduce installation costs without significantly impacting the output.

  3. The research involved bifacial modules. Not sure how well it would apply to … whatever the term is for not-bifacial … modules, which most of us have.
