  1. Imma work myself to death anyway so who cares about retirement lol

  2. The article literally presents the facts that millennials on average(thanks millennial billionaires/millioners for helping our “average”) are worse off than boomers many times throughout the article. Yet still wont admit that.

    >among Baby Boomers, 63% of low-skilled service workers owned their own home at 35, compared with 42% of Millennials in the same occupations. The poorest Millennials in service sector roles now often have negative net worth, which was less common among Boomers.

    >While 62% of Boomers owned homes at 35, for example, only 49% of Millennials did. Around 14% of Millennials had negative net worth, meaning their debts outweighed their assets, compared with 8.7% of Boomers.

    >Additionally, Millennials tended to postpone marriage and prolong their stay in the parental home. Early marriage and parenthood characterised the lives of 27% of Boomers, but just 13% of Millennials.

Millennials are economically forced to stay with parents and not make babies. Trust me they would rather be fucking in their own home and supporting a whole family on 1 breadwinner working a job that never required a university degree like the boomers did.

    >By age 35, 17% of Baby Boomers had followed a path in which they progressed from college into prestigious professional careers like law and medicine, whereas only 7.3% of Millennials did the same

This is blatantly false. There are far more doctors now. Far more lawyers. Far more tech workers. Far more specialization than boomers ever imagined. Millennials are the most university educated generation. The problem is **jobs for the masses** that boomers worked no longer can ~~support a family~~ support a single person.

They just say: oh look top 15% of millennials are getting far more money than an average boomer did ( as in tech, pharma, etc). therefore millennials are not poorer. (Just disregard that bottom 85% of millennials are indeed poorer, but that doesn’t fit the agenda)…. REEEEeeee why arnt millennials making babies? The world will never know.

  3. I am getting so sick of millennials and their attitude. Always walkin around like they rent the place.
