  1. Isn’t that kind of the whole point of the opposition?

Can’t imagine the opposition saying that all is well and that there is no need for change.

  2. The time to replace him was years ago, but this is the second best time.

  3. Pretty sure every opposition leader everywhere at all times says this

  4. It was time to replace him a long time ago.

But better late than never I suppose.

  5. Is the opposition leader an antisemitic hamas supporter? /s

  6. I’ll try to give a little context: While most Israelis agree that Netanyahu should be replaced, there is a disagreement on whether it should happen mid-war, and both sides have strong arguments. For example, Lapid seems more adamant that Netanyahu should be replaced now, but Gantz (the leader of the second largest opposition party, who currently seems to be the most supported potential PM), has actually temporarily joined the coalition, partially because he may believe that being united right now is more important. So Lapid’s statement is interesting.

  7. It’s been time for about a decade, if not more.
Here’s hoping it actually happens soon

  8. It was time a long long time ago… but at this point just do anything to kick him off

  9. Sentence him for war crimes at the Hague too while they’re at it.

  10. ok but isn’t that what any opposition leader is going to say, in pretty much any situation?

  11. I’m more concerned about ministers like Ben-gvir and smotrich. Whoever comes in those nut jobs have to go.

  12. Even Mossad schemed to get rid of him. Twice lmao
