What is the name of this?

Hello everyone,

I was on trip to Riga and found this snack and I really like it😃. Does someone please know the full name of this? I couldnt find it on the internet under ‘latvian cheese balls’ or simular words. I would love to order it to Czech Republic, since we dont have anything even simular(if possible).
