Have to almost admire the stupidity of those in Government when it comes to all things ferry-related. It’s almost like nothing has been learned from the last decade.
Their services are reflects by their fleet currently also.
You have ships pushing 40 closer than 30. When commercial ships are lucky to push 25.
If they had a more modernised fleet their service would be vastly more reliable. A few years and youl have 6 modern vessels, and plans for another 6 ot 7 smaller ones. But their not here yet
One ship the oldest is around 38, nearly 40 years old. Which for a am commercial vessel is plain ancient…
