  1. So what happens when Trumps team ignores the protective order and keeps leaking ? If there are no consequences for breaking the order they’ll just ignore it.

  3. So far he seems like a Republican judge appointed by a Republican who is nonetheless being a fair and judicious middleman between the parties. It’s refreshing to see that kind of thing.

  13. Trump wants to try this and other cases in the media, before they ever make it to court. The more it’s tried in the media, the more poisoned any potential jury pool will be, the greater chance he’ll be found not guilty. If I was the judge, I’d NEVER let that happen. I don’t give a damn who I had to find in contempt and send to jail.
