Have you tried this number 1890940900 it’s their bill paying line. If a company wants money, it always answers these. They mistakenly said I didn’t pay a bill few months back and said to discuss payment with this number.

Ring the extension for signing up as a new customer and see if they can put you through.
I once had a wait greater than 50 minutes.
