I hope these boycotts continue! Ever since they started, nobody is fighting in my city’s Starbucks anymore.
McDonalds has never been successful taking on heavy public criticism head on. They need to know when to back down.
It’s only hurting Malaysia, meanwhile McDonald’s in USA keep making hovering profits with their shitty minimum wages.

“You aren’t allowed to not buy from us if you would have otherwise bought from us…and we will be able to ***know*** that you would have but then didn’t. This will definitely produce money for us in some way, shape or form…and not make a circus where then people just boycott us for this court case instead”

What’s going on with people picking on mcdonalds lol. They’re pretty low on the problems beyond work on employment conditions (hours/wages/harassment cases handling etc) and likely tax fraud, tbh, lol.
No they have nothing to do with that israeli bombing mess in gaza, please dismiss the conspiracy theories regarding that lol
edit reasonably certain the netanyahites simply stole food supplies from random restaurants for their soldiers (emptying the kitchen stores gun in hand) and then coerced the local mcdonalds into pretending it was a “voluntary donation”. Odds are israel is also under food pressure due to the war (and so many people taken away from civilian industries). People do stupid things over food during war all the time, its sad but not surprizing if the idf raids restaurants.
It’s a restaurant chain, pretty low if at all blamed on the list of people blammed for that bombing & settlers terror campaign. Lets be realistic.
