Ka-52 helicopters are still operating, and they are still a serious problem. Russia began operating helicopters from FARPs soon after the ATACMS strike. Just because you don’t see videos of them does not mean they are not there. [RALee85]

  1. I’m am really confused who all these people on Twitter are and don’t really care……but who thought the 52’s were not a problem anymore?

  2. Any attack on any particular site or weapon system will create only a temporary reduction in the effectiveness of said weapon system until said weapon system reaches a critical threshold. That threshold will be different for each system. With helicopters it is most likely going to be the pilots and aircraft themselves. The total number remaining is still at minimum in the 40s, crews are available from other attack helicopter types. A week or two to reset to the FARP mentality is still kinda slow. They should have switched to FARP the day the first missiles were announced as approved for delivery to Ukraine that had range to hit the rear area bases. So Russia was slow and nobody is surprised about the FARPS. With Russia’s lousy C&C process it will decrease the effectiveness of the 52s somewhat but will not decrease individual lethality, that will still depend heavily on the quality of the pilots.

  3. Same people saying helicopters are a problem are completely silent on giving Ukraine the same capability. Fuck all of you hypocrites

  4. Ukraine needs to counter the KA52 with suicide drone/loitering munitions

I believe Iran has something like that

  5. F-16 won’t solve ALL problems, but it will solve some very important ones.
