I still don’t understand why the gag order is suspended before the appeal. Any other appeal in the justice system goes into effect after the appeals process. They wouldn’t let somebody who was found guilty of commiting murder out of prison just because they appealed their verdict. This seems ass backwards.
Criminals gonna act like criminals. The special treatment needs to end, throw them in a box until trial.

One of these Appeals Courts is going to get someone killed. Gag orders aren’t uncommon is criminal cases, certainly. And in the NY civil suit, the gag order was entered after a specific unconscionable act by Mr. Trump. He needs to be treated just like any other criminal defendant, not like he’s special. The fact that the court is receiving threats ought to justify protective orders by the judge.
This is the person that Republicans are actually voting for? They want a man-baby to take office? How does he even have any chance of being selected with the kind of shit he’s pulling? Is it ignorance?
