You cannot imagine how vindictive people with NPD are; my parents were both diagnosed with NPD, with the exact same personality as Trump. My father in particular was still furious with me for a time when I was 7 years old and playing with my friends in a playground, and he apparently walked by and waved to me, and as he says, “you just ignored me”. He died when I was 56, and he would bring this issue up with me constantly, and he’d always try and tell that story to any stranger that would listen. Trump will have it out for the people on this court until he’s gone from the planet.

Lawsuit. It’s the only thing he understands. The clerk should file lawsuits against him and his lawyers. Nancy Pelosi’s spouse should file lawsuits against him for inciting violence. Every US citizen registered to vote should file lawsuits against him for trying to subvert their lawfully cast vote.
Long term this is not a great strategy for him because it keeps showing over and over again that he can control himself and his outbursts and that he is aware of what he is saying. He’s going to have another whole set of defamation lawsuits to deal with as well as compromising his defense, such as it is, on his active suits.
I believe they said this will be taken up with the full court. How many judges is that and is there any indication as to how they might rule here?
This one judge might be friendly to Trump but judging ruling on stripping away their own powers to gag people seems unlikely to me?
