  5. Bullies never get their comeuppance in school or anywhere else. Every workplace I’ve been in as an adult has had a bully in it. Guaranteed they were the same in school. That poor family.

  6. Some people still see bullying as harmless. I think something needs to be done to change people’s attitudes to bullying, or more incidents like this will happen.

    The kids who bullied her probably have no idea what they did.

  7. I was bullied in school. And it was by the “good girls”. They would never do anything like that. God forbid. I was lying.
    It was when my mam produced the evidence of the webpage they setup about me.

  8. This is a phenomenon all over the West.

    There was recently a disturbing case in Georgia or Florida where kids of lawyers/Police officers beat up an Autistic kid and I think set him on fire unsure if he died but last I checked there was a massive cover up and it was hushed hushed in the media in America.

    This is the result of a failed approach on crime and people with huge behavioural problems raising kids. There is just no morals and kids like this aren’t held accountable like many things in this part of the world

    And they wonder why so many kids become mass shooters In the US.

  10. We’re far too lenient on young people in this country. Whether it’s for anti social behaviour or things like this.

  11. That is extremely sad. The thing is, her bullies will have to live with that the rest of their lives too! You cannot bully some one and not know what effect you’ve had.

  12. I had something similar happen to me but it was more for looks than weight thankfully. I did what I’d always had hammered into me and the teachers did fuck all because the bullies were pretty high achieving. Because the teachers turned a blind eye it just got worse and worse. More than once I wanted to punch them in the face but I also knew if I did that I’d automatically be the bad guy.

    I’m glad I moved schools at 17 but the bullying left me with some shitty mental health problems for a really long time. My heart goes out to that girl and her family.

  13. Should the school not have to shoulder some of the blame hear? Fuck all them cunts that made that poor girls life hell. They should be named and shamed and it should stop them getting jobs when they leave school. Their whole life’s should be ruined. How is this any different to murder? Instead of killing the person yourself, you make them kill themselves by been a horrible cunt to them.

  15. Christ this is grim, this poor girl.

    I’ve said this before, but I think we should make an effort to stop using the word bullying and replace it with what this actually is: abuse. It might be kids doing it, but it’s still abuse. The term bullying softens things too much.

  16. Horrible. Bullying nowadays is worse than any other generation had it.

    It doesn’t stop at the school gates, kids get hounded on every single platform the bullies can find them on.

    Bless her poor family.
