10. I always found it hilarious how people say “oh he’s back from injury now he’s good to go”… as you get older you realise injuries compound. They don’t just magically go away in X amount of weeks, the body degrades over time and these things stack up.

    What I’m saying is stop rushing people the fuck back into action, making them play 2 games a week, travel and train high intensity on top. Football these days is ridiculous with how much they think they can put the athletes through…
