Well you can put the sticker but using the camera to record a public space (the hallway, the entry way etc) is not legal. The recording of non-public conversations is also illegal regardless of if you own the property or not. As long as they are removable without trace, there should be no problem. As long as they are removable without trace, there should be no problem.
