It’s kinda fascinating how easy it is for less informed people to fall into “omg we’re going to die out” talking points. I dunno, look at Paraguay. They still exist. And they lost a lot more people proportionally than we’re ever going to lose in this war. “Oh my god we need more babies”, like, what for? I mean I do want us to have population not decline. But it still gotta be approached with some common sense?
And then a lot of the same people go “omg we don’t have enough kindergartens and schools”…yeah, if you get more children, you gotta have those facilities. And to have money to build them. So, you know, not waste them on wars and yachts.
Putin won’t have to live with the results so I doubt he cares.
It’s pretty slow death in depressive xenophobic Russia or die invading a country with people who hate the Russians. Ofcourse Orban and Trump and some sold eu parties make it sound like some rainbow colored musical paradise. It’s not. You get Putler and poisoned food.

It was something that was talked about for a pretty long time already because people in Russia were, and are, just not having children. Or at least, not nearly enough. And somehow, I don’t think this war will help because it ensures that quite a few men in the fatherhood age-range are pretty much unavailable. Many because they’re hundreds if not thousands of km away from their partners. And then there’s the whole bunch that dies, flees the country, or just gets mutilated and no longer makes for an attractive partner. Especially in an impoverished country where a lack of income comes with a ton of consequences.
If it’s such a wast country but not so many people.. then why the fuck do they need to take more land from other countries?
The women that you leave single will just date Europeans and move to Europe/EU.
Well done, two birds with one stone.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Putin created “breeding facilities” where women are raped by “genetically gifted men” to create more soldier for his army.
