As other people have noticed, the question is about LGB people (no typo) and doesn’t match the title.
the question itself (same rights as heterosexual) is rather ambiguous. One could say that gay people have exactly the same rights to marry as the rest (provided that it’s a different sex couple) and that trans people have exactly the same rights to freely choose their gender as the rest.
My point is that unless we have more info about the methodology of the research, its practical value is precisely nil, except as a tool to show that East Europe is so intolerant and backwards.
