OH MY GOODNESS!! Wow!! How dare Finland not ask russia for permission before doing something. It’s just awful. They already joined NATO without asking russia’s permission first. And other countries including Ukraine plan to join NATO too, no permission asked. Plus, no one asked russia before sending weapons and aid to Ukraine. They just sent the stuff anyway. These arrogant, disobedient countries are just doing whatever they want without asking russia first, even though russia is supposed to rule the world. It’s unacceptable!! 😂😂😂

The rights of Russians are being infringed is Russian for “This means war!” But Finland is in NATO now, so it’s all cool. Russia will furiously invade Georgia to punish Finland.

I know this might be hard to understand for Russia, but no, Russians do not have a right to enter other nations just because they feel like it.
Closing checkpoints sadly means jack shit. Every single migrant who manages to cross the border physically from any geographical point (e.g. via unfenced forest areas) and utter the word asylum to a border guard, is automatically taken into asylum process.
The President today admitted there’s no way to get them out of the country afterwards, so de facto they receive free lifetime upkeep for themselves (the social security system is very generous) and the extended family they are eventually allowed to bring in. Postponing deportation indefinitely is trivial, and ultimately you can simply refuse to leave, with any consequences being highly unlikely.
