If you don’t know how, let a professional do the job… if you flood your apartment by doing sth stupid insurance will not cover it
You just need to remove the thermostat. It is connected to a valve and opens/closes it based off of temp.
I can’t see how it is connected from this angle to help you more. Usually they are twist on.
Normally there is a spot you can press with a screwdriver and encourage the valve to break free from the minerals that could have built up on it. It’s not like opening it up, and water shouldn’t go spraying everywhere.
Usually you should be able to remove the TRV (the grey thing in your case) and there’s either a spring latch that you twist and allows you to slip out the thermostat, OR there’s a nut that you unscrew.
Once removed you’ll see the actual valve with its pin. If the radiator’s not working it might be that the pin is stuck in the seated position: take a hammer and gently tap on the side of the valve body (not on the pin itself); It should release this way.
