Wow, wat een prachtige dt fout in dat artikel: Moeten we verbaast zijn dat er een rechtszaak tegen koeriersbedrijven komt
en ‘t is eigl een beetje zielig dat we na zoveel decennia nog altijd keer op keer terugvallen op dat schijnzelfstandige trucje -_-… waarom is dat zo moeilijk om structureel & snel aan te pakken? Waarom moet zo’n sector eerst jaren compleet de verkeerde richting uit gaan om dan tot de conclusie te komen dat het eigl illegaal is ….
I’m not sure what the difference is between including shipping in the price already or having a seperate shipping cost. €5 seems fair, though. Zalando includes a €3,90 shipping cost these days but that sure hasn’t stopped my mom.
I did this job 8 years ago for a couple months.. 14 hour days without breaks, insane amount of addresses to get a liveable wage, zero social protection, stressful AF.
Ik durf te wedden dat ze nog woekerwinsten kunnen draaien zelfs al blijft de levering gratis én betalen ze hun personeel wel deftig. Als de wet toelaat van werknemers uit te buiten om winsten te maximaliseren, dan doen bedrijven dat.
I worked for GLS in 2008/2009, was already of the impression they were a bunch of “schijnzelfstandige”.
Their working conditions were like employees with zero say in things. Except they worked as self employed, did more hours than legally allowed as an employee and got paid shit for it.
I was glad I wasn’t one of the drivers. Oh and don’t send anything that can break with them!
