They were a staple of school lunches when I was a teenager in the seventies. I absolutely loved them.

I tried them for the first time last year. Unreal with peppercorn sauce.
Wait, are Beef Olives a Scottish thing? I never knew that.
How can you go wrong with rolled-up flat strips of beef stuffed to buggery with your choice of stuffing? It’s the bovine equivalent of Balmoral Chicken.
Currently on the menu in LNER first class, too!
I didn’t think these were Scottish though? Just standard UK?
