Hi, sorry I just received a 14 page German contract, trying to understand it but I want to clarify some things.
This means that I can cancel the contract anytime I want with a 2 weeks notice right? So if I ever want to move out of my current apartment etc.
And I did not see on the contract some clause about the refunds at the end of the year but also I couldn’t translate all of it. When does it happen?

Yes

If you move out you can cancel any electricity contract.
I had a 1 year contract starting November. Moved out in july and could just cancel it, because I moved out.
The 2 weeks is more inzeresting for you when you want to swap supplier.

Depends on the Company, some make it end of the calendar year, some end of contract year. And it is not really refund it is, you pay an “Abschlag” and end of year they calculate how much you really used and then either pay the more used or get back the less used. And then they calculate a New Abschlag.
