Im a bit of a Tunnock fiend so made this to store them in. You load it from the top and then when you take a bar from the bottom the next one drops down behind.

Box is made from plywood and then the skin is thin veneers I cut with a scalpel and glued on. The letters were the trickiest bit!

  1. That’s really great work. There doesn’t seem to be any visibility of how well stocked it is, perhaps drill a series of holes somewhere so you can see how many are left.

    ^edit ^spelling.

  2. How many must you go through a day to make this viable? That’s impressive.

  3. I don’t know why you eat so many caramel bars that this is necessary but I must say you’ve done a damn fine job

  4. You did a great job with the letters, really impressive.

  5. Honestly, great work. Although it I had this, it would constantly need filling up.

  6. Love that! hope that they dont suddenly increase in size.!

  7. hang on, the only place to take a tunnocks is from the freezer!

  8. This is outrageously high quality for such a daft thing. Top class.

  9. Now that’s just showing off. I want one too!

  10. Showing this to my dad who is also a Tunnocks fan. I broke my braces twice on a tunnocks caramel and my orthodontist was quite upset with me.

  11. Will you make a catapult to launch the Tunnocks snowballs straight into your mouth next?

    Wallace and Grommet style.

It’s a great dispenser, I want a caramel bar now

  12. I’m actually eating one on my break at work while I read this. Great work.

  13. A beautiful piece of work OP, but r/DiWHY ?? There’s got to be easier (and cheaper) ways of dispensing these things.

  14. This is the best biscuit in the world and now it’s housed in the best container. Hats off. May the tunnock’s god bless you forevermore.

  15. It is beautiful.

Bet you’d sell a few online if you tried!

  16. It would be good if it had a timed release system so you can only access one bar per 24 hours, with eye retina scanning to identify who’s had one already. Shouldn’t be too hard to add in.
