Greetings! I have ordered pictures from INPRNT and today I have received a postal notification. This one confused me a bit, I don’t know what I have to do. I didn’t receive SMS or other notifications from customs. Also, the postman provided me with the postal office address.
I have ordered some items by international shipment before and all the times I received an e-mail from customs with the payment details. After payment, the parcel flowed to me without any problems.
You have to go to the Customs to get your package. It’s currently there, that’s what they’re notifying you with this document.
You got your reference number written there
Last time I received a note like this, I just went to the post office, filled out a form and paid the customs tax. Then I got my package.
