Minimum wage going up from £10.42 to £11.44, and the scope of this will be extended from currently applying to 23+ year olds, to 21+ year olds.
I think this needs to be reviewed in conjunction with whatever else comes out in the Autumn Statement tomorrow to get a fuller picture of what’s going to be changed, but on the face of it this looks like a good move in fairness.
