In melectronics newsletter the Iphone 14 pro midnight black is advertised to be on sale with a reduced price. However, the article is non-existent in their website (see photo 2). Can they legally advertise a reduction and then just remove the article completely (not out of stock)?

I’m pretty sure they protect themselves with some small print „only applies under bla and offer can be reduced bla“
There’s nothing illegal there, they printed the wrong number format.
The actual article number is 794693600000 and I could find it with that number.
The only thing that might actually be shitty business practices is that the device is not not stock.
Also.. never ever in my life would I have searched for a product by taking the number from the paper and entering in a search field on their website, it just seems odd to me. I found the product by typing the name, clicking on the right model and then copying the product number and searching it that way to see if it even works.
Cause of the article i went in three different locations to buy the dyson which should be on sale. On all three locations they didnt have it on stock. I assume, they never had them on stock.
It was available online yesterday, I got one. The redirect on the website is weird, but definitely not lying.
