Like being able to switch it on/off from work. Yes I know you can program a timer but want more control than that. Since it’s just on/off would getting a smart centa thing do?

Yes, I have smart heating controls. It’s brilliant, every room is controlled individually and you can turn it on from the app. 10/10 life choice. Edit to add: the one I went with is Honeywell Home, had it for 5 years, would recommend.
