How difficult is the Czech used from this text for A2-B1 students, I mean can they still understand it?

1. The last two paragraphs are above B1 lvl, more complex syntax and phrasing

2. There are lots of words that are very uncommon and you won’t hear them in a daily conversation. Also, pls note, that it does not sound 100% Czech. I mean it’s Czech but certain parts do not sound natural.

3. tradicni je ‘na vecne casy a nikdy jinak’ ;P

4. I would guess this is B1-B2 level
